Insolvency Assistant
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES: To handle corporate insolvency assignments in accordance with company\'s standard procedures and compliance with relevant statutory obligations To communicate any problems arising to the head of department To liaise with the creditors, directors and other interested parties throughout the assignment REQUIREMENTS: Preferably degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field Familiar with Companies Act 2016 and Winding Up Rules 1972
