Pressure Vessel Inspector-1 pax Salary range: Depend on last drawn salary & experience Work location: Pengerang, Johor Mon-Friday : 8am-6pm Job Summary: \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage quality control projects including Material inspection, vessel fabrication process inspection \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare monthly report for management review Duties and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle quality control projects, to plan and schedule the inspection \xe2\x80\xa2 To review client specification and filter the important information from document \xe2\x80\xa2 To issue NCR, OBS when detected defective workmanship or with deviations from Procedural \xe2\x80\xa2 To review mill certificate \xe2\x80\xa2 To identify project risks and take precaution to prevent such risks \xe2\x80\xa2 To compile ITP, PQP and project procedure base on client\xe2\x80\x99s document and requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor the project based on project timeline \xe2\x80\xa2 To participate in project meeting \xe2\x80\xa2 To motivate and train young inspectors \xe2\x80\xa2 To review standard operating procedures as and when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other tasks or projects assigned by immediate superior or departmental head as and when required Job Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in Operation & Project Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Min 8 years and above experience \xe2\x80\xa2 API Certificate holder and rich experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous, high standard on quality management \xe2\x80\xa2 Good teamwork spirit \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of English, Able to speak, read Chinese Authorities: \xe2\x80\xa2 To enforce the required quality SOPs and verifying related document \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with external providers if under request by immediate superior \xe2\x80\xa2 To attend resolve quality issues \xe2\x80\xa2 To review and revise SOP and seeking written approval from HOD of QA & QC \xe2\x80\xa2 To coach junior staff and share quality knowledge with relevant personnel in MDMSB Employee Benefits as below: 1) Yearly Promotion & annual increment 2) Quarterly performance review & bonus 3) Project Bonus 4) Annual Bonus 5) Go aboard for further study 6) Monthly Hardship allowance About The Company : The company is a strategic joint venture between company in Japan and fabricator\xe2\x80\x99s company in Malaysia.
