Job Description

INSPECTOR OF WORK- C&S

1. To carry out standing supervision and check that all construction works are compliance with construction drawings and specifications.

2. Provide reports on all on-site matters, including inspections, progress, safety concerns.

3. Maintain job-site files, documents, reports and daily log: prepare periodic reports.

4. To record daily activities in the time sheet at the end of each working day.

5. To check and verify site diary and construction records submitted by contractor.

6. To verify alignment, setting out levels and other construction survey works. To coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site and carry out any rectifications work, if any.

7. Facilitate good communication, feedback and motivation among construction team.

8. Responsible for overall construction site planning, construction activities, management, operation, all relevant report, site meeting and completion of work on time and within budget.

9. Ensure the smooth progress and efficiency of the construction works by adhering to quality guidance, safety regulations on the site and contractual obligations.

10. Responsible to resolve any technical issues. To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
