Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform first-piece, in-process and patrol inspections based on drawings and work instructions. Identify and report quality issues; stop production when abnormalities occur. Prepare and submit Daily Quality Reports accurately. Manage and control non-conforming products to prevent unintended use. Ensure completeness and correctness of inspection records. Monitor and report abnormalities in work instructions or employee non-compliance. Participate in data collection for 4M changes and feedback to relevant personnel. Maintain sample parts, measuring instruments, gauges, and tools in good condition. Uphold 6S practices in the work area. Support other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field (Quality/Engineering background an advantage) At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality inspection or manufacturing industry Good communication skills in

Bahasa Malaysia & English

(basic Mandarin is an added advantage) Strong knowledge of product inspection techniques, metrology, and quality systems Able to read technical drawings and understand product structures & processes Detail-oriented, with strong observation and reporting skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
