Job Description

We are looking for a

Curtain & Blinds Installer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of window coverings including blinds, curtain tracks (manual and motorised), and related fittings. You will also take accurate site measurements and ensure a professional and pleasant experience for our customers.

1. Window Blinds & Shades Installation

Installation of motorized blinds, addressing challenging site conditions, and developing effective solutions.

2. Blinds & Shades Measurements

Recording measurements of windows/doors at customer sites accurately for production to fabricate blinds and shades. Keeping salespersons updated about the customer's installation requirements and site conditions.

3. Ensure installations are completed neatly, safely, and efficiently

.

Handle products with care and ensure quality workmanship.

4. Maintain cleanliness at the job site

keeping customers' homes tidy during and after installation.

5. Troubleshoot and perform basic adjustments or repairs if needed.

If installation requires alteration or challenging site conditions, identify and discuss with Salesperson on providing solutions

4. Training and Product Improvement

Conducting internal training sessions for service technicians to improve their skills and knowledge. Providing valuable input to the product team to enhance product design for better installations.

Requirements:

Possess GDL LICENSE

Experience in curtain and blinds installation preferred. Knowledge of

wiring or motorised systems

will be an

added advantage

. Able to read and interpret measurement instructions accurately.

Polite, respectful, and professional

when dealing with customers.
Strong sense of

cleanliness, responsibility, and teamwork
