Instrument Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Instrument Engineer to join our team and support installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of field instrumentation and control systems. The successful candidate will ensure reliable operation of process equipment in compliance with safety and industry standards. Install, commission, and calibrate field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, analyzers, and control valves). Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of instrumentation and control systems. Conduct loop checks, signal verification, and functional testing with PLC/DCS/SIS systems. Perform cable glanding, loop checking, and termination for signal and power lines. Support shutdowns/turnarounds and project commissioning activities. Support the Deputy E&I Manager in daily operations, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Educational background:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation and Control.Hands-on experience:
Fresh Graduated or at least 2 years of practical experience in instrumentation work, preferably in a manufacturing setting.Location flexibility:
Willingness to travel in Kota TinggiIndustry familiarity:
Experience with water treatment facilitiesLanguage proficiency:
