Instrumentation Technician

Job Description
In this role, you will be required to;
- Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of analytical instruments.
- Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
- Liaise closely with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
- Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure resolution and proper follow-ups.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, and costing.
- Prepare analytical daily, weekly, and monthly report.
- Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) and operating manual for user/customers.
- Must have own transport ( Car )
- Day shift
- Masai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
