In this role, you will be required to;

Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of analytical instruments.
Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
Liaise closely with customers, suppliers, and teammates.
Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure resolution and proper follow-ups.
Prepare service reports, quotations, and costing.
Prepare analytical daily, weekly, and monthly report.
Prepare standard operating procedure (SOP) and operating manual for user/customers.
Must have own transport ( Car )
