We are looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as
Insurance Advisors
. In this role, you will guide clients in identifying their financial and protection needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships that create trust and security. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance and financial needs. Recommend suitable life, health, and general insurance solutions tailored to client goals. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Assist clients with policy applications, claims, renewals, and service inquiries. Keep up to date with insurance products, market trends, and compliance requirements. Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and proactive in learning. Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. Prior experience in sales, banking, or customer service is an advantage, but not required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
