Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional advice and guidance on Takaful products.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable protection plans.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Achieve sales targets and company KPIs.
Attend training sessions and actively engage in self-development programs.
Support clients with claims processes and after-sales services.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent (Diploma/Degree is an advantage).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in sales/marketing/insurance/takaful is an added advantage (training will be provided).
