• Skills: Awesome communication and people skills.

• Work Style: Love working with a team (but can handle solo missions too!).
• Personality: Positive vibes and a passion for learning.
• Having Own Transport.
• Languages: Speaks Mandarin and English.

Tanggungjawab

• Be the Insurance Hero - Sell life, health, and general insurance to awesome clients.
• Team Leadership -Lead, mentor, and support a team of insurance agents to achieve departmental goals. Provide guidance to ensure continuous improvement and development of team members.
• Make Connections - Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and become their trusted insurance buddy.
• Help People - Understand their needs and provide the perfect insurance solutions to keep them protected.
• Guidance Galore - Help clients through the application process and make sure everything's smooth sailing.
