Job Description

Responsibilities:



Offer a variety of insurance products to help customers protect their financial well-being. Engage with walk-in customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify potential leads and promote products within the local community. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Participate in sales and promotional activities, both in person and online. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Keep accurate records and monitor sales activities consistently.

Requirements:



Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other local languages is a plus. Highly driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Holding a PCE certification is an added advantage. Willingness to travel when needed. Preferably has at least one year of sales-related experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
