Insurance Operations Executive - Policy Processing/ Policy Servicing (Fresh Graduate Opportunity)

We will count on you to:

Perform tasks associated with processes such as, Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices

Ensure seamless and timely delivery and process of complex as well as normal tasks assigned

Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required

Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization\xe2\x80\x99s standards and SOPs

Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement

What you need to have:

Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in any field

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

High Proficiency in using MS Office Application

Able to speak Cantonese and read write Chinese (simplified/Trad)

Good communication and interpersonal skills
