Marsh and McLennan Companies (MMC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Kuala Lumpur Shared Services Operations Office in Q Sentral:

Operations Specialist (Policy Servicing Processor)

We will count on you to:

• Process all insurance policy submissions and service requests which include but not limited to new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations in policy administration systems according to turn around time and standard set
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization\xe2\x80\x99s standards and SOPs
• Perform investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement
• Provide support to Team Manager / Senior Operations Manager where required
• Interact with stakeholders, project managers etc. to ensure proper execution for flow of information on performance (daily, weekly, monthly), exceptions, process changes and new opportunities

What you need to have:

• Minimum of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• 3-4 years of experience in Policy Servicing or Insurance Operations
• High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
