After the first period of training, which will enable you to understand the values and processes of SOCAR, you will take charge of your own projects hands-on. This experience will enable you to truly make an impact through your work! What can you be engaged in?

• Conduct research and analysis on insurance feasibility study for our fleet
• Assist in identifying new potential insurance partner in cost efficiency
• Assist in the day-to-day operation of TREVO Guard, P2P and B2C cars\'s insurance which may include but not limited to insurance quotation generation, cover note issuance, payment reporting, master data update etc
• Conduct basic procurement process such as RFQ, price comparison and market research
• Support with Procurement process improvement to strengthen our policy implementation and internal process guidelines
• Support in fleet disposal process during vendor selection process, insurance policy cancellation and vehicle permit cancellation
• Other ad-hoc support role as and when required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, driven and willing to go beyond comfort zone
• Proficient in using GSuite (GSheet, GSlide, GDoc)
• Excellent English written and oral skills
• Willing to learn attitude

Remuneration

• A basic monthly allowance at RM1,500
