Lead, guide, and support a team of trainers to achieve training objectives and KPIs.
Plan and organize training schedules, materials, and resources.
Conduct training sessions when required (e.g., onboarding, soft skills, product knowledge).
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
Coordinate with management and other departments to identify training needs.
Review training reports and ensure timely submission of documentation.
Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for trainers.
Ensure consistency and compliance with training standards and company policies.
Assist in developing new training modules and materials when necessary.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital training platforms
