Job brief :

This role is to team leads strategic & integrated marketing efforts in delivering cross-functional marketing and corporate programs. This team serves to support internal business teams with the objective of delivering seamless cohesive go-to-market plans and campaigns targeted at customer-facing programs.

An Integrated Marketing & Automation Manager will deliver its business objectives via effective use of selected strategic omnichannel marketing campaigns (online, offline & trade) in closely partnering with teams across the organization. You will support key stakeholders in building strategic marketing execution plans and objectives, developing creative briefs, leading status meetings, track planning development and execution to deliver distinctive, best-in-class integrated customer-facing campaigns.

Awareness and Campaign Development

  • To proactively engage cross-functional departments to synthesize key input to deliver highly targeted, cutting-edge Integrated Marketing Communications for any corporate branding or business programs/campaigns leveraging effective Omni Channels (both offline, online & trade). The goal is to drive demand generations pipeline and company branding exercise.
  • Serve as a single point of contact and perform tactical project management of moderate complexity on projects as needed including but not limited to new product launches, tradeshows and advertising, print and digital campaigns with minimal guidance. Clear campaign calendar to facilitate planning, manage workloads, eliminate conflicts, and ensure the optimal customer experience.
  • Champion business understanding & thought leadership through traditional and innovative options (both online and offline) utilizing data and trend (data storytelling), brand approaches for better synthesizing and orchestration to deliver impactful business results ie to achieve lead funnel and branding.
  • Define measurable campaign objectives/KPI, target audiences, personas, and strategies to identify the optimum marketing mix of assets/channels, events, and media.
  • Keeping the pulse of the campaign progress and putting in place reporting in ensuring effectiveness and positive ROI thru optimized campaign strategy & excellence.
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing team to strategize, create and execute structured content for advertising, promotion, collateral, and web programs.
Process Management
  • Develop & manage marketing programs and campaigns engagement execution, establish executive dashboards, scorecards, other measurement tools, marketing engagement workflow leveraging marketing automation tools & setup and develop infrastructure as needed to drive close loop marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional management & communication to execute cohesive & integrated marketing strategy approaches across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the health of the annual marketing budget, optimizing spending against business goals and objectives. Consistent management of project budgets, negotiated quotes, job numbers, invoices, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and in-house teams to prioritize and optimize creative projects; Develop new processes and/or work within existing marketing processes to accomplish assigned projects.
  • Develop, recommend and implement process enhancements to the Integrated Marketing Communications systems & functions to better address customer needs and business efficiencies.
Brand Management
  • Led overall brand alignment and execution across multiple product brands to ensure brand excellence and health, through voice, creativity, and marketing.
  • Elevate our existing brands and come up with forward-thinking GTM approaches to keep brands top-of-mind, innovative, and in culture.
  • Drive partnership with the cross-functional and regional teams in the development and implementation of cohesive strategies.
  • Ensure brand governance through continuity and accuracy, through the proper use of brand guidelines that outline the verbal and visual principles of our brands.
  • Successfully manage multiple brand-led initiatives simultaneously while working cross-functionally to deliver on campaign commitments.
