Job Title: Integration Analyst
Job Purpose:
Integration Analyst is the end-to-end coordinator of a solution deployment across technology verticals to ensure the integrity and quality of project deliverables including budget parameters, timelines, and agreed upon scope.
Integration Analyst ensures that key functional/technical areas are well understood and managed across multiple technologies and/or functional areas so that the Technical Development teams are enabled to meet business requirements, design objects and understand infrastructure impacts. This position is accountable for the quality of the solution delivered back to the business. The Integration Analyst is the single point of contact for the project related to application integration.

Participate & Lead the Integration Daily Stand up call along with Project and Vendor teams.
Help analyse variances from the project plan related to Integration line items, compile alternatives, if any, and execute the preferred recommendations and communicate with Integration Workstream lead/Ecosystem PM on a day-to-day basis.
Highlight promptly any Interfacing system related issues, risk and dependencies to the Integration Workstream Lead and PM.
Track and process the Integration requirements and prioritize them in alignment with Project Scope and priorities.
Finalise and review Interface Detail Design Document (IDD), Field Mapping Documents, Interface Data Mapping (IDM), Batch Framework Documents, Solution Design Document (SDD), Interfacing System Project Artefact\xe2\x80\x99s and follow up to obtain final sign-off from all Interfacing system Stakeholders.
Manage the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies.
To manage and deliver projects within the Integration scope, timeline and budget with utmost quality.
To report any Integration related project issues, risk and dependencies to the Integration workstream lead/PM.
Create & review detailed work plan which identifies and sequences any integration-related activities needed to successfully complete the project.
To coordinate with Project Technical Leads at Client\xe2\x80\x99s and Vendor end to ascertain the progress of integration-related development and unit test, deployment activities and identify & address gaps if any across the 40+ Interfacing systems and 600+ Interfacing line items.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to project team for resolution.
Responsible for communicating to all stakeholders on project matters related to Integration aspects.
To ensure compliance with IT Security, IT standards GPLC Project management practices, policies and Audit.
Establish a good communication with all project stakeholders related to project matters and be vigilant of all project matters across the Functional, Technical & Integration aspects.
Work with SharePoint site to maintain, modify and manage the documents and the templates.
Co-ordinate with Online & Batch Integration leads at Client\xe2\x80\x99s & Vendor end, and track all open issues to closure.
Participate in the PWC and contribute towards the preparation of Integration PWC deck and drive Integration updates during the PWC when required. Schedule and drive meeting with all relevant project stakeholders as and when required.
Collaborate with developers and data owners to drive creation of data integration and storage solutions as well as analyze tradeoffs between usability, best practices and performance needs.
Collaborate with the Testing team (Client\xe2\x80\x99s TCC and Vendor) during the VSIT, SIT & UAT Phase.
Work with the relevant parties and resolve any system Integration issue identified during the VAPT, ORT and Post-Live phase.
Job Specification:
Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc.):
Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or its equivalent.
Relevant Work Experience:
3-5 years of experience in computer systems analysis, design and programming.

Experience in SSH, SFTP, XML application protocol, ETL and programming language.
Worked largely using SOAP UI, XML and JSON.
Good knowledge of Scripting languges, API interfaces and Batch schedulers.
Strong technical knowledge of Integration Platforms, including API design and management.
Strong experience with UI application interfaces.
A track record where you have flagged error or opportunity for error in API integration or Batch Integration in order to ensure that any risk is mitigated.
Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, software development, access management and IT security.
Technical proficiency including systems development experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and issue management in a multi-platform environment.
Able to work with vendor with off-site development team.
In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products and services will be an advantage.
Experience with large scale CRM transformation implementations is an added advantage.
Experience with cloud native applications and serverless design/framework is an advantage.
Demonstrated portfolio of work showcasing strong technical competence.
Good to have certifications on AWS/Azure Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc.
