INTEGRATION MANAGER:- (10 to 15 yrs.) : 1. Implementing organization necessary to PIL elaboration then realization. 2. 10 years of automotive company or automotive suppliers company experience in project management or parts development with suppliers. 3. Participates to contract IL appendix writing (JV and partners). 4. Defines Job Sharing (PSA / Partner or JV) depending on complexity of parts to localize. 5. Implements a consistent organization of project IL objectives (rituals, reports, information tools\xe2\x80\xa6). 6. Implements technical data transfer process. 7. Building Local Integration Plan (PIL) and to negotiate it with the partner. Therefore, he coordinates actions of all contributors in order to achieve project objectives. 8. Having PIL validated by Project or Mass Production Manager and partner or JV in order to integrate it to contract. 9. Guaranteeing PIL taken into account by contributors (engineering department, purchase, cost team, logistics, partners\xe2\x80\xa6). 10. Contributing to the integration of economic elements linked to PIL to engineering department plans and to partner. 11. Making sure PIL is implemented by project/Mass Production, engineering department, purchase, operational teams. 12. Ensuring local part industrialization follow-up. 13. In connection with JV or partner, implement a localization work follow-up with dashboard and KPI. 14. Alert about noticed drifts and participates to action plan implementation. 15. Implement a summary on local part product/process state. 16. To identify PIL evolution impact. 17. To do the interface between logistic and BoM engineering departments in modification application and configuration management. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month Benefits:
