Job Vacancy : Interior Design Internship 3-6months Type : WFM/Home based Projects : Projects in Msia/Singapore Remuneration : MYR500-1200 Skills : Autocad, Sketchup (Bonus + Vray/Lumion) Send drop CV with Ben at : +658649 3384 (whatsapp) Responsibilities: Assist with developing interior design concepts based on client requirements and design briefs. (1) Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, using design software tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and 3Ds Max. (2) Prepare materials and finishes selections for projects, including sourcing and coordinating samples. (3) Support the team in preparing presentations and visual aids for client meetings. (4) Collaborate with the design team in the selection of furniture, fixtures, and accessories for interior spaces. (5) Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking project progress, managing project documentation, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. (6) Conduct research on current design trends, materials, and products to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments. (7) Help with administrative tasks such as organizing design files, maintaining project documentation, and managing the design library. Requirements (not necessary but a plus): Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and/or 3Ds Max. (1) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (2) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (3) Detail-oriented and highly organized. (4) Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics. (5) Knowledge of interior design principles and space planning. (6) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. (7) Willingness to learn and take direction from senior designers. (8) Enthusiasm for interior design and a desire to grow and develop skills in the field. Note: While proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and/or 3Ds Max is listed as a requirement, it is not necessary for applicants to have expertise in all of these software tools. Familiarity with any of these software tools will be considered a plus, and on-the-job training may be provided to further develop skills in these areas.
