Interior Design Intern
Job Description
Prepare various types of drawings including conceptual proposals perspective drawings construction drawings shop drawings and as-built drawings. Sketch initial design plans including furniture layouts mechanical and electrical plans. Select materials and furnishings such as architecture interior design lighting and plumbing fixtures. Collaborate closely with superiors colleagues and detailers on drawing design space planning and technical requirements. Ensure that drawings adhere to client and regulatory requirements. Proficient in software such as Autocad max PS AI with expertise in Autocad and 3D max being advantageous. Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in interior design or a related field is required. Must have strong design skills and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience with project and site management is preferred. Must be proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD Illustrator SketchUp or similar programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
