Interior Designer (concept Cad & Ffe)

Job Description
Part of a design team ensuring coordination on drawings from concept phase to construction documentation.
Well-versed in technical interior design finishes, detailing & autoCAD skills for hospitality interiors are a must have.
Able to work independently be proactive and communicate well with other team members and consultants is a must.
FF&E candidates must have hospitality knowledge/background and skills in Adobe Photoshop/In-Design program.
Requirements:
- Well spoken - English is a priority.
- Strong personality.
- Passionate about design.
- Ability to provide quick hand sketches would be an advantage.
- Education: BA degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or similar.
- Year of Experience: 3-6 years
- Skills: AutoCAD, power-point, photoshop, hand-sketches, interior detailing, good sense of color schemes, sketch-up.
