Job Description

REQUIREMENTS :-

Min. Certificate in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent qualifications.

Minimum 2 years site working experience and min 3 years in interior design.

Language(S) : English, Bahasa Malaysia

Computer literal (Microsoft Office /Excel, Google Sketchup is a must)

. Knowledge in MEP has added advantage.

. Possess own transport.

Able to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

To assist Project Manager in propose interior design, project monitoring, scheduling, management, coordination on site.

Prepare BQ, obtain quotations & finalize appointment of contractor / supplier.

Update project status.

Solve on-site issues.

Able to read & understand contruction drawings.

Able to prepare 2D / 3D design using Google Sketchup.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
