2. Minimum minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.3. Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Interior Design or related field.4. Required skill(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adope Creative Suite or relavant 3D softwares.5. Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and finishes.6. Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills.7. Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a passion for design.8. Possess own transportResponsibilities1. Engage with clients to understand their preferences, provide design recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project. Determine the client\'s goals and requirements of the project2. Develop Innovative design concepts using AutoCAD, Sketch Up or relevant 3D rendering software that align with the projects objectives, client requirement, and design trends.3. Create detailed space plans, layouts, and interior designs that opimize functionality and aesthetics.4. Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs5. Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing fixtures & etc6. Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.7. Place orders for materials and oversee the installation of the design elements8. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the design is executed according to the approved plans and standards.9.
