Job Description

• Proven experience as a Interior Designer or Interior Architecture or similar role, with a portfolio of work.
• Diploma in Interior Design (at least 4 years experience), Interior Architecture, or related field
• Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
• Proven experience in interior design or interior architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Passion for design, innovation, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that effectively communicate your vision to clients and team members.
• Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.
• Select and source materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of interior spaces.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project implementation and quality craftsmanship.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve our design offerings
