Sales Interior Designer

Location: Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor Bahru (Near Dato Onn)
Full-time | Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Salary: RM3,500 - RM8,000 (including commission, based on performance)

What You Will Do

Communicate with customers to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget. Develop

creative design concepts, mood boards, and layout proposals

that meet customer expectations. Provide professional advice on

furniture selection, materials, color schemes, and space planning

. Present design proposals to customers and make revisions as needed. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Promote and sell

design services and renovation packages

to new customers. Build and maintain

strong client relationships

through excellent service and follow-up. Keep up with

design trends, materials, and technology

to improve creativity and customer solutions.

What We're Looking For

Diploma/Degree in

Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!*
Experience in

sales or interior design

is an advantage. A

portfolio

is a big plus. Strong

communication and presentation skills

. Passionate about

sales, design, and customer satisfaction

. Proficient in design software such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or Adobe Creative Suite

. Creative, organized, detail-oriented, and a good team player.

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers).

Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-growing company.
