Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design or its equivalent.
• At-least 2 years experience in Interior Design.
• Knowledgeable in Interior Design and computer graphics.
• Requires good communication skill, good interpersonal skill and good presentation skill.
• Expert in using design software and 3D rendering such as AI, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, 3D Max & V-Ray.
• Candidate must have a valid driving license (D) and possess own transport.
• Good taste in design, creative and efficient.
• Willing to work at Section 25 Shah Alam (Taman Perindustrian Axis).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of Interior Designers and Consultants.
• Manage design projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Communicate with clients, interpreting and translating their needs into preliminary plans.
• Conduct site visits, taking measurements and gathering relevant site information to develop design proposals.
• Create preliminary design plans, including concepts and mood boards, and prepare presentation boards for client review.
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, accessories, etc.
• Generate 3D visualizations and 2D technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) programs.
• Attend project meetings with clients and/or contractors as needed.
