Duties and responsibilities

Interpret design concepts, produce necessary drawings & realize good design product Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects Collaborate with project team to establish timelines and budgets, as well as solve issues as they arise Industrial knowledge of building, engineering and materials Able to analyze concepts and situation to come up with design related solutions Create detailed schematics that are utilized in the construction process Incorporate inputs of various stakeholders into technical drawings Able to clearly specify dimensions, codes, materials and production methods in technical drawings Able to conduct site coordination

Qualifications

Fresh gratuated are welcome to apply, but experience in related industry is a an advantage Possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent Strong ability to operate and learn various software's (AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3Dsmax, Revit, Rhino and etc...) Preferably, Intermediate / Senior Executive specialized in Thematic Works / Interior Design or equivalent. Ability to work with tight deadlines Able to make decisions based on designs

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
