Required languages : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Communication with clients from China / Hong Kong is required.
In-depth knowledge of Residential Interior Design, AutoCAD, 3D Max or SketchUp
Comprehensive understanding of renovation and site issues such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction
Experience in sales, marketing and conceptual presentation is an added advantage.
Experience in construction site is added advantage even though no in-depth knowledge in drawing

Responsibilities

Designing :

To propose design ideas that incorporate functionality and aesthetics and make presentations.
To prepare visual, project costing and material selection.
To produce construction and technical drawing.

Manage site makeover progress :

Client servicing :

Leadership :

Undertake design project from concept to completion and customer satisfaction
Cultivating good relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the effectiveness of the assigned tasks

Other ad-hoc task assigned by direct superior
