From F&B retails, hospitality, corporate office, public sectors, residential & commercial project, company had competently handled various projects & clientele undertaking challenging projects with respected track records. Company offers quality & professional assistance in all the residential & commercial design needs from architectural designing, concept environmental design, space planning to colour & material consultations. Industry: Interior Design Location: Puchong Headcount: 1 Position Title: Interior Designer (Junior) Tenure: Permanent Responsibilities: .Work together with project teams for design direction. .Responsible in translating design concepts into design details. .Must be able to deliver Concept and Schematic Design as well as DD and Tender Documentation. .Strong in space planning and concept development to meet client\'s requirements. .Responsible for managing all design related aspects - conceptual drawings, space planning, detail drawings and presentation drawings. .Prepare materials for presentation with good presentation skill. .To coordinate among the contractors, relevant design consultants and subcontractors. .To develop design solutions with efficient and functional use of space. .To monitor and follow up on progress of work at site. .To manage project costing as well as preparation of project quotation. Skills and Requirements: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design. At least 3 - 4 years of working experience in the related field. Required skills: AutoCad, 3D Max, Vray, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint. Site experience is essential. Responsible to undertake site inspections and give solutions on site to ensure smooth process of Fit-out Coordination works with contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants till project handover. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (good to have). Able to work independently under dynamic working environment and results oriented. Able to meet deadlines and maintain a consistent high standard of work, have strong commitment, responsible and self-motivated. Able to work with minimum supervision and possess good interpersonal skills with proactive approach. Able to perform under fast paced and stress environment. Experience in F&B and commercial projects will be an added advantage. Salary commensurate with experience Must possess own transport.
