Salary: Up to MYR 11,500 Per Month

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Integration and technical skills, demonstrating a strong understanding of architectural principles and space planning.

Proficient in providing accurate and detailed technical drawings.

Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors locally.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to develop detailed construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.

Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and compliance.

Proactive attitude with the ability to address technical challenges that may arise during the design and construction phases.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed technical drawings and construction documents for interior design projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Collaborate with project designers and project managers to translate design concepts into feasible technical solutions.

Conduct site visits and reviews to create accurate and detailed drawings, and identify potential challenges or coordination issues.

Prepare and coordinate detailed specifications for interior finishes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring seamless integration with overall design intent.

Utilize CAD and other design software to produce high-quality 2D and 3D models, drawings, and presentation materials.

Manage and monitor project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
