Provide administrative and documentation support to the department/site office. Support Building Manager and team in daily operations, coordination, records management, and basic procurement/payment tracking to ensure smooth property management activities.
Responsibilities:
Intern - Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update department documentation and filing systems.
Handle basic admin tasks: phone calls, emails, letters, memos, and notices.
Assist Building Manager in managing complaints, defects, and incident records.
Track follow-ups, customer updates, and rectification progress.
Support meetings (JMB/MC) including preparation of documents and arrangements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (contractors/service providers).
Assist in monitoring contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
Help process invoices, utility bills, and basic payment records.
Support handover documentation, asset lists, and warranty records.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Property Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates / interns with strong administrative skills are welcome.
Good written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
