Provide administrative support to the management team
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Assist in preparing reports, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Handle basic office tasks such as phone calls, emails, and document preparation
Assist in any related task as assigned
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Secretarial Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information professionally
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
