Job Summary:Support day to day LDS (Local Data Steward) management, administration, monitoring, governance tasks and process improvement initiative in PREM (Performance Reporting & Exception Management)Summary of Job responsibilities:1) Organization Account Clean-up (Maintain Data Quality of Organizations in CW1).2) Process Governance.3) Governance in E2E Data Quality (Organizations / Additional Addresses / Organization Type/ Shipments/Consols correct job header / mode / type / etc)4) Process Improvement Initiative - Lead/manage the setup for at least 1 DGF tools (eg. EDM - Electronic Document Management / ICAP - Intelligent Capture / ESP - Electronic Supplier Portal / FSI - Freight Station Inventory / DataGrid / FRP - Forwarding Reporting Platform).Must Have Skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Solid organizational skills, multitasker and attentive to details
- High computer literacy and able to adapt to system changes
- Fast learner & Proactive in handling task
