Your responsibilities will include:

Conveyancing:

Assist sale and purchase agreements (including developer projects and sub-sale);
Assist loan documentation for end-financing;
Assist other conveyancing matters such as tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, and etc;
Liaise with clients, banks and relevant authorities in government departments;

Corporate and Commercial:

Assist in Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
Assisting in the formation and dissolution of companies, partnerships, and other business entities;

Litigation:

Assisting in all stages of litigation relations, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents;
Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries and legal arguments;
Liaising with clients to provide updates on case progress;
Attend or supporting the senior litigation team in various aspects of case management.
