Diploma/Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
Strong skills in content creation, especially short form video (TikTok, Reels).
Proficient in basic editing tools (CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Creative, proactive and passionate about social media trends.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Portfolio or samples of past content work are highly encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create and publish engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
Produce high quality videos, reels, photos and graphics aligned with brand identity.
Collaborate with the creative, design and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
Stay up to date with current trends, viral content and digital storytelling techniques.
Write engaging and relevant captions, scripts and content copy.
Assist in planning and executing content calendars and marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on content performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
Attend photoshoots, events or behind the scenes to capture and document content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone and objectives.
Propose creative ideas for campaigns, brand visibility and audience growth.
