Job Title: Content Creator #Job Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish engaging content (videos, photos, and written copy) for digital platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Produce short-form video content that is creative, engaging, and conversion-focused Write strong hooks, captions, and calls-to-action (CTA) aligned with marketing objectives Manage content calendars and posting schedules Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them to fit the brand's identity Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and paid advertisements Monitor and respond to basic comments or messages to improve audience engagement (if required) Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights Requirements & Skills Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Executive is preferred Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Canva, or Adobe Premiere (added advantage) Strong understanding of copywriting, storytelling, and selling-oriented content Creative, proactive, and able to work independently Good understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, especially TikTok Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Additional Advantages (Bonus Skills) Experience creating sales-driven or marketing content Comfortable appearing on camera (on-cam) Familiarity with gadget, phone repair, or retail industries Employment Type Full-time Location: On-site
