Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and drafting press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements. Support in managing the company's social media platforms and website updates. Help in developing communication materials such as posters, brochures, and presentations. Assist in coordinating corporate events, campaigns, CSR programs, and internal staff engagement activities. Support internal communication efforts, including preparing memos, internal updates, and bulletin content. Monitor media coverage and assist in compiling media reports and clippings. Assist in maintaining and updating the company's branding materials and photo/video library. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent corporate messaging. Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communication team.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field. Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram). Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an added advantage. Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
