- repare recurrence (daily/weekly/monthly) backlog and lead time report R
- esolve customer case management cases following internal work instruction and company policy R
- esolve order change error log and Idocs work flows in SAP system E
- nsure on time initiation of all shipments. M
- aintain customer product data such as material determination, substitutes and exclusion list P
- ropose process or system enhancement S
- upport ad-hoc request as assigned by supervisor.

- urrent undergraduates from Management, IT, business study or related supply chain field are welcome to apply S
- ome knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Dynamic and iShare is preferred B
- asic in Macro/Robotic Process Automation-UI Path knowledge is preferred, I
- ntermediate level of Python knowledge is desirable S
- ome acquaintances of supply chain will be advantage
