Job Description

The Customer Service and Sales Executive interns are responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by answering inquiries, handling complaints, and processing orders. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company\'s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links. Content Creation: Collaborate with team members to create innovative content for different platforms. This may involve writing blog posts, creating social media profiles, and participating in brainstorming sessions. Digital Marketing Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. This includes supporting SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, email marketing, and marketing database. Analytics: Track and analyze website and social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics. Use this information to suggest improvements and optimizations. Market Research: Keep up with industry trends and competitors\' strategies, providing insights that can help shape our digital marketing strategy. Requirements: Must be a final year student from a public university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with content creation is a plus, even if it\'s personal (i.e. personal blog or YouTube channel). Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong desire to learn and ability to accept and integrate feedback. This is an education tech start-up company and the room to learn and grow with the company is huge. We focus on the attitude of the interns with the heart to learn and excel in the tasks they do to meet set goals and objectives. Interns will be given priority for permanent job placement upon graduation. This internship attachment comes with a monthly allowance based of RM500-600 per month.
