Supervise and monitor ACMV maintenance and service works at various sites.
What we're looking for
intern Diploma or related field.
experience in ACMV or building services maintenance.
Good understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and air-conditioning equipment.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple maintenance sites.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Coordinate daily activities between technicians, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out according to schedule.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for HVAC systems.
Prepare maintenance reports, service records, and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards.
Support project planning, resource allocation, and cost monitoring.
Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth execution of works.
