YOUR ROLE

As a Facilities Intern, you will assist the Facilities department in the operational and maintenance management. Your responsibilities will include:


Supporting daily operations and preventive maintenance activities for Facilities systems Assisting in the coordination and supervision of contractor management, repair, and service tasks Managing inventory control and tracking of Facilities stock and supplies Participating in safety compliance activities, including Gemba walks, inspections, and audits Collaborating with team members on continuous improvement initiatives and facilities enhancement projects Gaining hands-on experience with facilities management processes, workflows, and systems Assisting in the preparation and analysis of Facilities reports, including utilities consumption trending and data visualization

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Possess Degree Engineering related fields i.e. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering English business proficiency Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar tools) Availability for a minimum internship duration of 3 months and above
