Description

Responsible for the smooth running of the AP Payment process of the OSK Group of Companies that is assigned.

Tasks & Responsibilities

a) To check transactions in Remicle daily and ensure the payment process is completed within 10 working days.

b) To have proper filing system for all payment related documents (i.e: OneDrive or Physical folders).

(c) To ensure to change the status to "updated" in Remicle after key in invoices in IFCA.

(d) To ensure payment approval listing downloaded from MBB and RHB is properly saved in Onedrive.

(e) To ensure we adhere to Finance operations manual.

(f) To ensure payments are approved based on Approved Authorization Matrix (AAM).

(g) To ensure Payment Requests (PRF) uploaded in Remicle has relevent supporting document from Payment Requestor.

Accountabilities

(i) To ensure working capital kept at max. RM50k for dormant companies and RM200k for active companies. Any balance money to be invested in CMF, FD or other short term/long term investment, to maximize the returns.

(ii) Any fund received from Swiss Garden Resort and Hotel - Genting team, to be invested in CMF, FD or other short / long term investment, to maximize the returns.

(iii) Prepare & submit documentation to ensure Excess Funds from current bank account can be invested in CMF, FD or other short/long term investment.

(iv) Ensure all payment made on behalf of inter companies are subsequently reimbursed.
