Your Role at a Glance:

Social Media & Online Shop Management

Take charge of maintaining and monitoring our TikTok and Shopee accounts (and more!). Contribute to creative content ideas to boost our brand's presence.

Customer Champion

Handle and resolve customer claims or disputes with empathy and efficiency. Ensure smooth processing of invoices and customers' orders.

Data & Admin Wiz

Keep our customer database up-to-date with accurate information. Assist in coordinating marketing materials, campaigns, and special events.

Team Player Extraordinaire

Support the marketing team with any requested data or materials. Manage mailings (in/out) and support exciting launches of new products.
