Amcorp Group Berhad is seeking enthusiastic IT Support Interns to join our growing team in Petaling Jaya. This is a full-time,

3 to 6-month internship opportunity

where you will play a vital role in providing technical support and assistance to our staff.

1. Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and networking issues.

2. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.

3. Support user account setup, password resets, and access management in systems such as Windows Active Directory, Office 365, or other business applications.

4. Help maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.

5. Troubleshoot common software (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus, email, VPN) and connectivity problems.

6. Assist IT team in system updates

7. Provide support during company events, system rollouts, or software upgrades.

8. Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff and follow up with users until resolution.

9. Learn and apply IT service desk best practices (ticketing system, SLA response).

What we're looking for:

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.

3. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or equivalent productivity tools is an advantage.

4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

5. Good communication skills and ability to explain technical terms in simple language.

6. Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.

7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
