Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Arrange interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Support pre-employment documentation.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare onboarding kits/documents for new hires.
Assist in conducting orientation sessions.
Support offboarding tasks such as exit interviews and document collection.
3. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing letters, memos, and HR-related documents.
Support filing, data entry, and documentation tasks.
4. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and coordinating staff events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
Support internal communication efforts.
5. Other Ad Hoc Tasks
Perform any other HR duties assigned by supervisors or the HR Manager.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
