Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES



Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. HR Administration: Help maintain accurate and confidential employee records using our Human Resources Information System Preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and other correspondence. Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of company events, team-building activities, and other employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Compliance: Provide support in ensuring HR & Admin practices adhere to company policies and follow local labour laws and regulation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work at the HQ located in

Puchong

(3 mins to One City, USJ).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
