The purpose of this internship is to provide support to both the Human Resources and Executive Office functions by assisting with a range of administrative and operational tasks. The role will give the intern exposure to HR processes such as leave and benefits administration, employee records management, and preparation of HR documentation, as well as executive office support including meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office coordination. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in HR and executive administration within a higher education environment.
Team Structure
Reporting to the Executive Office and working together with the HR administrators
Main duties and responsibilities
HR Duties: 0.5:
Updates of leave - AL, MC & other leaves (daily task)
Flight & hotel bookings - shared responsibility as and when
HSBC reconciliation - once a month
Supervision received
The post reports to the Head of Executive Office.

Qualifications and skills
Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.
Good organisational skills including accuracy, numeracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively when required.
High level of computer literacy, including MS Excel, MS Word, and network based email.
