Assist with HR tasks including document filing, organizing employee records, and updating databases.
Support other departments with administrative duties such as data entry, report preparation, and scheduling.
Assist with company events, trainings, and other employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and support implementation of standard operating procedures.
Operations
Liaise with clients and suppliers for service proposals, quotations, orders, and contracts.
Assist in managing hostels including cleanliness, maintenance, and occupancy tracking.
Prepare purchase requisitions and support supplier payment processes.
Monitor and manage office/hostel inventory, cleanliness, and maintenance needs.
Handle company asset management: issuing and returning items like access cards, motorcycles, phones, and keys.
Assist in receiving, quality checking, and returning incoming stock.
Finance
Assist with day-to-day financial operations including data entry, invoice processing, and record-keeping.
Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
Help reconcile bank statements and verify financial transactions.
Assist in filing financial documents and maintaining accurate accounting records.
Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
