Objectives of the Position

As part of the HR Services team, you will be reporting to the Manager and support the team in managing projects and operation tasks.

Main Tasks

• To support Request fulfilment activities in planning and administration for Korea team.
• Depending on business needs, your day-to-day role will include any of the following:

• Support in delivering automation effort across teams to simplify work processes
• Participate in improvement initiatives discussion to work on improvement plans and timelines
• Assist the team in tactical projects according to the objectives
• Administrative management and coordination of HRS initiatives and activities
• Prepare documentation and presentation slides for assigned initiatives and activities
• Support in assisting unit\'s operational task as and when is required
• Actively discuss and explore the solution of the improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Currently pursuing / completing your final year of bachelor\'s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Linguistics, or any related disciplines
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months internship
• Proficient in spoken and written Korean and English
• Independent, and possess high level of initiative. Able and willing to take up new initiative as assigned.
• Good Planning and organizational skills with a mixture of skillset in Administration
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Possess high degree of confidentiality.
• Great team player, flexible with positive mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly resourceful with strong drive to excel.
