We are DXC.Our team in Malaysia is looking for an enthusiastic HRSS Intern to collaborate closely with our HR Shared Services Team, contributing to day-to-day deliverables. This is an immediate internship opportunity, spanning 3 to 6 months.Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day HR operations.Manage confidential documentation, records, and maintain personal folders.Assist in updating employees\' personal information in the system.Contribute new ideas and information to collaborate with team members.Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.Requirements:Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.Adequate proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Education:Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.Preferred Qualities:Strong and adaptable mindset to meet tight deadlines.A team player who is also independent and capable of multitasking.Demonstrates excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.High adaptability to changing circumstances.Detail-oriented and thorough in your work.Outspoken and willing to share your ideas and thoughts.At DXC, we are driven by a shared commitment to creating a brighter future for our customers, colleagues, environment, and communities.
